Got a fair chuckle out of backspin on the handpass.

Ten minimum.

If Limerick weren’t so good Cian lynch would probably be mentioned as one of the greatest hurlers of all times. He’ll probably still end up there but he probably suffers like some of the Dublin six in a row team.

The highlights reel when he calls time on his career will be a feature length movie.

Different class. The GOAT in waiting. He’s playing the game of hurling in a way no one has ever done before him . A bona-fide genius.

Yeah in fairness he’s one of the best hand passers the game has yet seen

Thrun it

Hes obviously class and a bit of a maverick which makes him very likable (along with Hannon the most likable player on this Limerick team) but he’s a good bit to go to be rated alongside the Tony Kellys and TJ Reid’s of this world.

He needs to drag Patrickswell kicking and screaming to Croke Park.

Says a lot about how good he is that he’s being mentioned in the same breath as a TK.

It does.

TK has the highest ceiling of any hurler, ever.

A pure magician. He sees things we’ll never see.

Come off it. Canning on a bad day had a higher ceiling than Kelly ever did.

Stay out of this if you’re not going to be serious

In some random league match a few weeks ago he took out half the Galway defence with a sideline from his own half back line. A magician.

Even in the Munster Club final last year on a well beaten team he was absolutely untouchable. A privilege to watch.

Tisnt a hurl he has, Tis a wand

Its the pace and stamina allied with the wrists. No one has ever had that.
