Nice to see O Donovan among the scores. Any idea how he played? Very skillful but be interesting to see can he make the cut for matchday squads this year
Hope they give Hurley a few league games at 6.
No shortage of attacking talent. 2-7 is where we need to see talent come through.
He’s definitely a better player than O Dalaigh but he’s more erratic compared to him which probably goes against the limerick xp model.

Yeah would have always had him ahead of O Dalaigh and with a higher ceiling. Hopefully gets a bit of time to impress
I’m not sure they are competing for the same position.
I don’t think DOD lacks workrate but his game is really about putting up a score from the full forward line, which POD can obviously do, but POD is probably also more suited to floating around the half forward line picking up any kind of ball.

Best let Hannon focus on his game.
Even if he doesn’t start he’s be a great option to bring in as a sub for last 20 mins. Will be interesting to see where they fit Adam English and DOD into the team going forward.
