Limerick GAA 2024-25

Hannon and Byrne’s is a bit slow as a combo. Put Hayes in the middle and one either side might work. Or leave Hannon 6 and put Hayes in front as a defensive midfielder.
Byrne’s to 9 an option also.

A chance one or maybe even both doesn’t play too of course. Kiely needs to be ruthless. No sentiment in this game for any man

You want Kyle driving forward not minding the house.

It would completely change the dynamic of the team with Kyle centre back. That would certainly have to be taken into calculations

So what’s the culled squad looking like?

Real test for Paul Kinnerk this year also. Can he freshen things up and add one more AI with this group?

I’d say he is relishing it and has 3 huge talents in SOB, English and CON to work with. And Jason Gillane can offer something different too.

One of the interesting things about Kinnerk/Kiely has been their refusal to tweak the team for the opposition - full belief we were going to beat teams our way irrespective of what others do.
They might have to give teams more respect this year, especially cork as the gap is no longer there.

We also need to manufacture more goal chances and be more ruthless - too often we are drawing blanks or just one goal in big games. We have the players to score more if we go after it.

One of Jason Gillane’s strengths is distance in his puckouts, he can hit the D just like Collins from Cork. We have the personnel up top who can cause as much trouble as the cork forwards by going route one. The bull will add more aerial ability to a forward line which has plenty.

Stole money from others to gamble with it. I know everyone deserves a second chance etc.

They were never fast. I think too much is being made of Hannon and byrnes in a game where the major malfunction was the half forward line. If we’d had one or two of our injured players that was likely a win and no one would be doubting them.

“Including match ticket”. Well thats firece sound of them.

Looks like the food is not free but the drink is…

There could be some very, very drunk people there by throw in time.

That’s fairly pathetic.

All this for a league match. Hungry cunts

They are gone very corporate.

Wouldn’t have happened under Frank Murphy’s watch.

Someone has to pay for Stade De Frank.

150 is fuck all for corporate. Be a grand day out there take a table and get a few clients sloshed

You’d knock a fair hole in the €150 in a free bar all evening

30 for the ticket. More for a decent seat. Finger food.

You’d only have a €100 to aim for. Now drinking shite Murphy’s in the Pairc for 4 hours is not exactly my idea of fun. But if someone else was paying :pint:
