Dramatic finish, last minute goal secures a draw for Na Piarsaigh.
Doon claiming the handpass went straight to the net. Hard to be 100% certain from the video but I think Casey got a touch.
Na Piarsaigh way better in the second half but it looked like Doon had just about done enough, Pat Simon got a great score to put them 4 points up in injury time.
Both sides will have to be a lot better to win the county, you would think.
I know I said I think there was a mistake for a goal each in the first half but I thought Mike Sexton reffed the game brilliantly to be honest. He was consistent and he didnât let players take the piss with steps. If some of the younger refs took a leaf out of his book, weâd have much better spectacles.

Looked like a blatant one from WOD but hard to blow for it when theyâve been allowed all game.
Handpass rule needs to be binned.
Cracking game, we got motoring in the second half but lucky enough to get the draw, Pat Simon rolled back the years and Adam excellent throughout, DOD immense the first half, I wonât comment on any of ours as the usual suspects are no doubt ready to pounce

Possibly was, hard to be sure what they were giving out about it; commentators thought it might have gone all the way to the net- the touch wasnât absolutely conclusive from the angle of the camera.
Handpass looked ok, it seemed to be a call of whether Casey got a touch or not
I was badly wrong on one thing anyway, Liberties are after bateing the absolute shit out of Pallasgreen.

some consolation for Willum after being incorrectly pulled for a throw in the last minute against Tipp last year
Handpass goal at the finish it looked like. Nearly 5 minutes of injury time was too much at the end. U wouldnât see it at county level.

Here they come, a cracking game in terrible conditions with genuine Famers on both sides with a big crowd in attendance but yet Valleyditch v Ballyhill is the essence of club hurling because it was played at 3pm on a Sunday.
