Limerick GAA - All-Ireland senior hurling champions 2018

Delighted for the sole TFK poster from Croagh/Kilfinnyā€¦ :+1:

If he wasnā€™t in town tonight heā€™d be giving it big licks in Croke Park over a few pintsā€¦

Any word on Killeedy v Kieranā€™s?

Goes to show you really that this ā€œtrainingā€ is all bollocks. A few lads in the field with nothing else to do with themselves only puck about. Come matchday the grafters re-appear eager for exercise and the opportunity to split some loathsome wanker sporting crimson boots augmented by a rats tail hairstyle.

How are the mushes doing this year?

Not great . They are an autumn team .

Killeedy won handy. Tour are training very hard under Shaughs since February, walloped Killeedy last weekend and bate tonight by a side that are struggling to get double digits at training all year. The death knell for Croagh Kilfinny was rang 2 years ago when Brendan Oā€™Connor transferred to Adare, tonight theyā€™re all but through after possibly dumping out one of the fancied or ā€œstrongerā€ sides in Monagea. Templeglantine, traditionally a Junior B side and the smallest parish in the county, look like they could get out of the group again this year, they play Feenagh Kilmeedy tomorrow night but have a few injuries and I donā€™t expect them to beat a physically powerful F/K side. Killeedy recover after their tonking last weekend to beat Kierans handy tonight. Kierans, Intermediate last year, now basically out of the championship.

The West Limerick Junior Hurling Championship   Always entertaining anyway!

All these junior hurlers are over trained. Playing small sided games before hand and it 25 degrees. We had a small puck around and went out and walked all over the cunts.

are those current amalgamations, or current + historical? thereā€™s a massive amount of overlap in there

and what is it with limerick and different names/clubs same parish for hurling and football?

Current and historic I would think

Donā€™t poison the hurling brand

Probably true of the Glen and the Rockies in Cork anyway,
Do Kilmallock have any football?

Kilmallock won (or at least contested) two premier minor football finals about 7/8 years ago

Donā€™t get @balbec started ffs

They had some fine footballers back then. None moreso than a certain Graham Mulcahy.
