I saw a posse of muldoon maor types in hi-viz traipsing up to the scoreboard after one went off last Sunday…
What reaction did they get (and what were they expecting!)?

I think 3 flares went off on Sunday. They took a few naggins and cans of cider from a few young lads too

Why dont the GAA just allow people who have bought alcohol on premises bring it back to their seat / terrace? Why force people to drink it under the stand? it’s fucking stupid.

“starting fit” 
Hogan and Fennelly came on mid way through the second half the prior week and were fucked in the last five minutes. They hardly got starting fit in a week, I’d say they had no more than 20 minutes in them. I think Cody made a mistake starting them, he should have saved them for the last 15 minutes, but on the other hand they might have been too far behind then.
Just cautioning not to read too much into that win against a spent Kilkenny, Cork will be a very different proposition, fresh and well prepared.
