Is it not a bit risky for Limerick to be playing club matches so close to the AI final?
Thatâs some junior side
I think theyâll win it this year.
Thatâs not just any side
That is some junior side
Eoin ryan is perhaps 30/31 and now playing junior.
There is hardly a junior corner back who could mark him?
Living in our neck of the woods now - wouldnât mind if he transferred to us!
Plays soccer for us already anyway, a fine player.
Married to Dodgeâs sister, I think?
Correct. Nice chap is Eoin.
Yep. A sound skin.
There are definitely players on junior teams that could do a job on him. Whether those teams can afford a player to do a man marking job, I donât know.
Personally, Iâd rather have to mark Eoin Ryan than Willie OâMeara.
Minor in 2095 so 31 yeah
He used always salute my late mother. A good young fella.
Did OâGradyâs younger brother Darragh play hurling for ye lads?
He did yeah, up to underage anyway.
Darragh has been involved with the Limerick camogie team the last couple of years as a coach.
You couldnât meet a nicer fella
Where did it all go wrong
Canât believe itâs nearly upon us.
The pinnacle of the hurling year.
The match everyone looks forward to, the reason players started training last November. All the hard work paid off when your team reaches the final.
The excitement since the semi final, the flags going up, the well wishes from neighbours and friends, the write ups in the local papers, the scramble for tickets, the buzz around training, the knot in your stomach on the morning of match day, relatives returning home specifically for it, booking the Monday off work in the hope youâll have a violent but worthwhile hangover, all your emotional energy invested in this one match.
And now itâs almost time for throw-in - the West Junior A hurling final 2018 is here. Magic.
There will be a bumper crowd in NCW!!
Good luck Tour .
