Limerick GAA - it's Box Office - Always Has Been, Always Will Be

A pet peeve of mine is refs booking players but not taking the yellow card out of card holder - you just see them flashing the (invariably) dark card holder at the player and can’t make out if it’s a yellow or red that has been issued. Take the yellow out and brandish it ffs!

First world problems etc…

How was that a free in :joy:

Ryan is a unit but his decision-making could certainly be better. Same is true of a lot of the Doon lads. You’ve got Murphy at full-forward and not one good ball went in.

Now they’re against the wind.

Downes has been poor. Realistically if doon were disciplined they’d be 2 or 3 up.

Big score for them

I’d say nap have only got two points from play. Downes one and Ronan Lynch two? That’s very poor given the standard of player they have. Playing into the wind might suit doon more. They badly need to get josh Ryan running at the nap defense and give murphy who’s been starved some chance.

It might, if just because they might get the ball in rather than shooting all the time. But Dowling will nail long-range frees, they’d need to improve their discipline.

We’ll see who is fitter too.

David Dempsey got one belter from play too.

That’s terrible from downes

Game over what a finish by dowling. Should always be 14.

Doooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwllllllliiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnggggggggggg

up yours

Nap have been ok overall but this is very poor from Doon. Gave them a better game in the county semi final.

Lousy from the Dow.

First ball English has won in a while

That was shite.

Doon have been absolutely brain dead. Probably wouldn’t win it anyway today though.

Class block from WOD.
