A lot of money has been spent organising the Lip Sync, booking Hotel function etc.county board prob felt they had to oblige
No ‘felt they had to’, if they agreed to Doons request to have the night free earlier in the year, they’ll have no choice. Also if they had the game originally fixed for the Sunday, Doon can refuse to field on the Saturday if they so wish.
