Limerick GAA - We get knocked down šŸ

Looking at the questions and listening to the discussion again in hindsight it is a right mess we are in.

The minor hurlers themselves seem to be nothing more than a political football at this stage and that is the saddest thing of all for Limerick hurling. All for what? If they just had the common sense to let things be and allow Joe Quaid progress along with his team there would be none of this aggro

Much the same as the time you reported that ā€œyou heardā€ John Galvanā€™s ould fella was into picking up hookers on Catherine Stā€¦

in answer to the question posted about why new people dont go for election: as someone who has gone down this road it is because the bord analyze all nominations and then if they don not like the person they will get one of the boys club to go against that person, if that does not work they will discredit the person all through the campaign, if the person is still elected despite all their hard work to stop it that person will be left in the dark and not be party to the phone calls and secret meetings thus making their position very difficult, unless you go down this path you cannot imagine the way it works. The best of people have gone or considered going for election and those that won were squeezed out one way or anotherā€¦

In english please you illiterate fuckā€¦

I never reported anything of the such.

There was an online article from one of the newspapers naming a number of people which was posted on a number of sites

just like yourself and Emmett Maloney werenā€™t writing premature orbituraries either for Ger Lougnane over on AFR

Leave it go, mickee, for jaysis sake.

Welcome aboard hugs and tugs.

All that is, is sensible journalism. The only thing we can be certain sure of is that we are all going to die at some stage. Ger Included.

Iā€™m sure there are plenty of others with their obituaries well written at this stage.

i am not sure what you are getting at here. Clearly the carry on around this team is mad but to state that he would win a munster minor title at least simply because he has some good players is mad. every county has some good players, the key is which team can get their fringe players up to the highest level of performance.
i know all about what has happened as you would be aware. I set up a joe quaid topic a while back on this issue

I know they were selling burgers and other such delights on the pitch after a nights rain which gave the county board the excuse to shift the game

sbout five decent questions in there surrounded by a steaming pile of manure which will allow those its directed at to rubbish the whole lot of the thing
i mean fcuk sake, why dont county board officers like football, why didnt delegates vote, why are there no flags up balh blah blah.

question 14 is true but unprovable i imagine

questions 1, 3 and 19 plus 14 if provable are valid, others are interesting some of it is sh1te but all of it together will allow the board to rubbish the relevant questions

I thought myself that question Number 20 was the most relevant

What were the 20 questions. Where can I see them

The demise of AFR has really broken up the Limerick circle. No post for almost 24 hours on Limerick hurling on this site. Nothing on the breakaway Clare Hurlers site either.

Such is life

Withdrawal symptoms as well? Any word on the background set up at all? Presumably they are in the market for a selector or two.

I see Pallasgreen beat Bruff to qualify for the intermediate football final. It will be a sad day for Limerick football if those mullockers go up senior. They will play the winners of Sean Finns and Claughaun in the final.

With Ballysteens demise so too goes TFKā€™s interest in Limerick GAA.

They beat Na Piarsaigh
