Weâre talking about Limerick standard here, we made an allowance for that
Cratloe mightnât even have a junior team. They play in division 3 league.
The senior football Q finals are this weekend though.
So what youâre saying is @Kid Chocolate is talking out his hole.
Good question. Article says he didnât play senior club in Limerick this year , but he would be listed as a senior from last year and if he wasnât regraded then Iâd assume he would be listed a senior player.
He played senior inter-county this year also, but I suppose that makes no difference to club either.
Croom are junior now if that makes a difference?
Think that would mean all bets are off in those circumstances, donât think his own Intercounty status enters into it afaik. Heâd be free for all grades I would suspect, but no expert as only have experience of senior to senior.
Itâs all arbitrary anyway, he will be playing senior this weekend.
His wife is from there apparently
Yeah Croom are Junior now. The South Junior Football championship is as followsâŚwait for itâŚ2 groups of 3 teams, playing each other once, i.e. 2 games. Then all 6 teams get through to the knock stages. Absolutely crazy. The junior needs to be sorted badly.

Most of the junior competitions run by the divisional boards are pathetic. Groups of 4 with 3 to get through. Groups of 8 with 6 to go through. Crazy stuff. The only board that has enough clubs to have viable competitions seems to be the West Board. The whole thing is unbalanced. You can have 10 teams battling it out in the Weat while 3 or 4 in the other divisions. Time the divisions were disbanded and every championship run like the senior hurling and football with two groups of 6 down as far as junior F.
Can anybody tell when the last junior player played a championship senior hurling match for Limerick, probably somebody Effin or Blackrock?
In 2010 youâd have had a few (Daniel Moore, Nicky Quaid, Sean Herlihy) but that year didnât really count because of the strike.
Damien Reale hurled consistently well at championship level for Limerick while his club were junior.
Fairly sure Blackrock had been promoted to Intermediate before Richie McCarthy hurled championship.
Now that Daly has left the Dubalin set up Limerick CB should move quickly to get rid of the Politically Motivated Understudy and secure Anthonys services for the next three years. Unlikely to happen though and clearly all those lunches with the Bean Counter have paid off for PUM.
Who is PUM?
You now have 19 questions left.
