Both teams have the opportunity of winning 3 trophies in 5 games. Realistically, Limerick have the chance of winning 3 trophies in 5 games
Whatâs the story with munster club?
Not happening
Jackie tipping Limerickâs animalistic winter hurlers, we can look forward to next summer anyhow
Those lawns wonât cut themselves.
Ah, tis the man that escaped poverty-stricken Kilmallock only to land in the most regressive backwards part of the Eastern bloc
Seethe away pal
Tis all zen here
There will be fuck all between these two. Lohan has them back playing with confidence.
Hard to know how Clare will do on Sunday. There seemed to be a nice bit of momentum building before Covid. Word is that they are training hard and some of the newer lads brought in since they resumed training are going well but I doubt any will be more than options off the bench but by the same token we leaked a good few goals in recent challenge matches against Cork and Kilkenny.
Team might be something like the below
Quilligan
Browne-Cleary-Corry
Malone-OâConnor-Diarmuid Ryan
David Mc-Kelly
Reidy-Fitzgerald-McMahon
Cunningham-Shanagher-OâDonnell
Maybe Ryan Taylor or Stephen OâHalloran might force their way into the side. Aidan McCarthy would be a nailed on starter but broke a bone in his hand a few weeks back and only gets the cast off Thursday, assume he will figure off the bench. Paddy Donnellan and Mark Rodgers looked sharp in their hurling for the 20s last night and might well be options off the bench.
I think with the weather taking a turn this week it will be more a case of who can win the battle in what will be a middle third of the field flooded with bodies as opposed to a game of match ups. Would be surprised if we had enough in the forwards to outpoint Limerick but could spring a surprise as their is goals in that full forward line if things break right for them against a Limerick full backline missing 2 regulars.
the Limerick full forward line would fancy their chances against that full back line too
We will struggle to keep it pucked out to ye
left strewn on the ground in WODâs wake
It may be closer than I thought but I think Lk will have too much power in middle third & the ff line will make real hay .
The limerick full forward line making the difference on Sunday lol
With Limerickâs full back line Clare have a great chance here.
Any idea whoâll be lining out with Finn?
Dan and Condon would be my guess
No one knows.
Be unreal when English and Casey come running out the tunnel.
They may never run again.
