I thought Corry was nailed on for a corner spot, drop-off in form or an injury?
Got roasted in a recent challenge against Kilkenny - Taken for three goals in about 20 odd minutes. Paul Flanagan in the other corner didn’t fair much better.
Appears to be between McCarthy and Rory Hayes now for corner back.
Is that Jason or Aidan McCarthy?
Aidan as far as I know which is a gamble seeing as he only got a plaster off his broken thumb on Thursday.
Also a massive gamble in that he’s never really played corner back at any level, apart from the Waterford crystal where he got a bit of a cleaning from Adrian Breen I think.
Be surprised if they’re trying Aidan there, whatever about Jason. Firing a lot of square pegs at round holes by the look of it
