Rumours Wexford are asking for the game to be moved to Croke Park
yea? it will never happen
No, sold out. Limerick will have 12k there. I would say Tipperary will have 15-16k, Dublin 5k and Wexford about 10k at it.
They took 300 to Ennis and they now want this moved to croker. Superb
Hurling was invented in 2014
Looks like the games are being moved to Croke Park to accommodate the crowd.
Are you taking the Michael?
Whatâs the total here?

Ticket Sales Suspended
A Chara,
A problem has arisen with tickets for the Wexford v Limerick game where the demand for stand tickets has far exceeded the quantity received.
As a result sales of all tickets have been suspended for the moment until Wednesday afternoon.
We are endeavouring to obtain more stand tickets in order to meet the demands of our loyal supporters.
Alternatively we are asking the CCC Committee to consider moving the games to Croke Park thus ensuring adequate accommodation for all.

A reliable source has just told me that they are going to play the Wexford Limerick game at 2pm in a matineé performance if you will, with Dublin Tipperary played at 7pm.
43k.
You could probably add another thousand or two for Limerick and Wexford. Thing is loads of families misse out for Limerick last day so people are probably going all out.

Stand tickets
Limerick fans are not the great
The Garth Brooks crowd will all want tickets as theyâve a free weekend on their hands which they had not planned for.
Will you go away you gowl, ye bring a fooking handful to most games.
In fairness, thereâs no home/away agreement to consider here (unlike the Munster Final) so it makes complete sense to play the games in the biggest and best neutral stadium venue available. Thurles is an absolute kip and itâs very dangerous.

In fairness just join us in the town end terrace.
Every county has a big bandwagon following. Weâre as bad as anyone else in that regard.
Clareâs turn out against Cork in the Munster semi final a few weeks back was embarrassing, though. Reigning AI champions, first championship game since winning it, exciting young team and they brought a pitiful crowd to Ibrox. Cork must have outnumbered them about 4-to-1 on the day.
I would agree with that, Thurles as a town is almost as big a shithole as Ennis and that is saying something. I would put it on the same level as the asylum Shannon.

Think we played them in 2008 after the AI when Murray left in a howler, you would have needed binoculars to pick out Clare fans. i would say 2000 in the Kilinan that day at best.
