not a hope. mainly because why would they get James Nesbit and only use him for a few pictures. Any aul actor could have been thrown in to do what the job for Thurwell has been so far. Getting Nesbit in means there is acting to be done.
Thought it might be some in joke as Nesbitt said a year or two ago that he was disappointed to never be cast on Line of Duty.
Think Bloodlands that he was in recently had the same guy as Line of Duty over it.
well all the leaks and stuff about the top actor in LOD etc and apparent scenes shot, yet nothing he has done so far indicates needing a scene.
But away from that, all coppers are bent, even La Guardia, so I reckon the Spanish boyos got him out and in shitty grainy night vision with decomposed bodies, they never properly confirmed it was Thurwell who was dead other than saying it there. never mentioned a full report that it was confirmed him and the wife dead in the room.
Twitter was awash last night with Nesbitt being the Spanish bent copper leading the search for Thurwell.
I would find it a little bit of a disappointment in it being someone like Thurwell though who we never heard of until we had 3 episodes left.

You weren’t paying attention, thurwell was on Danny Waldron’s list in s3
Thurwell was also mentioned in season 3 as the lead investigator of the social worker who was claimed to have committed suicide at the river but later found to have been killed.

Why have the also changed from “H” now to the “4th man”.
They were looking at Dots dying declaration video again and he was using morse code. So H in morse code is four dots. His thumb was making the four dot motion, so it wasnt that the main man began with H, it was that H in morse code is four dots, so there was 4 men.
