This should be a decent game of football here.

This has been very good so far. Some excellent scores.

Ballymun well on top. Thought Ballyboden looked beatable enough last year against Eire Og and Kilcoo deservedly took care of them then.

Ballymun threw some amount of championships away over the last 10 years or so

I was part of the defeated Clontarf back room team the last time Ballymun won the county final in 1985. Final was played in a very wet Croke Park.

Far better team on paper than Ballyboden. Ballymun should have an All-Ireland or two in the bag with that talent.

They won in 2012 too. Lost to St. Brigid’s of Roscommon in the AI Final in March 2013.

Was Big Jim Ronayne playing then ??

Corofin in big trouble in Galway

Big Jim or James as he was known was the star turn and his father Bill, a guard from Cork was the manager.

Corofin on the verge of being beaten in Galway.

Daithi Burke will have a lot of work to do to win the two county medals in one weekend now.

Fair play to mountbellew they always have them a game even when they were walking all Ireland’s. Galway football and hurling an absolute bear pit.

Do my beloved Turloughmore have any chance in the hurling final?

They do for sure but Thomas’s have been there so many times.

Poor auld cappy. Lose four semis in a row and three of them by a point.

Ballymun with their fresh dubs contingent are frightening.

If Dublin are beaten this year what else have Rock and McCarthy left to achieve? Should go flat out for an all Ireland club next year. Only medal their missing.

Depends what way season is laid out - is it all club and then county?

McCarthy is some specimen - he’d bury you
