Some shlub of a landlord on here whinging about the emergency legislation stopping him evicting one of his tenants and is looking for sympathy.
He is an awful prick, he has numerous rental properies, has no mortgage on said property and the tenant was paying his rent before covid and the landlord says he does not know his circumstances but wants him out for non payment.
Counciller Jimmy Guerin has come on and wound him up
Are you saying that he’s a prick because he wants to evict a tenant that has stopped paying the rent? Seems harsh. I’m not sure even the forum’s green and white SJW would allow his tenants to stay in his house if they were not paying their rent.
I think he is a prick for coming on national radio in these times looking for sympathy due to not being able to collect rent for four months on one of his many rental properties and is tone deaf to the more serious issues faced by people during covid .
