Yeah i was thinking there might have been a chance of that, any idea how Betfair would rule on that? Anyone?
Even though Villa are 2-0 up at the break i think they’ve been very poor overall. Cuellar looks shaky at the back, Ashley Young has been flakey, Agbonlahor seems to have put on weight over the summer and doesn’t look himself. They’ve won the midfield battle though with Petrov, Sidwell and particularly Reo-Coker playing well. Davies has been good though.
Liverpool have been septic, Lucas especially so.
Been impressed with Villas midfield. Winning a lot of ball.
Liverpool are very dependant on passing the ball to Gerrard at every given opportunity and hoping something special stems from this. It seems their only gameplan, work the ball to captain fantastic as quickly as possible so he can save the day…
Betfair go with the decision of the ruling body of the competition.
Got stung by this last week in the Glasgow Celtic / Arsenal game. Had Francesc Fabregas as first goal scorer and thought I was on to a winner as his shot was on target, unfortunately Sepp Blatter awarded the goal to William Gallas, cnut.
Goal was definately an own goal though. Lucas clearly headed it.

So what do you think their take would be on this game? Say if you were on Curtis Davies, would they pay up on him as first goalscorer like Power’s would do?
The Vorinator is coming on.
Liverpool must be having a laugh. Is this the best they can come up with to save the match? Voronin…
That was a definite penalty on Torres there.
still an improvement on lucas :D:)
Good challenge it seemed.
torres makes up for it
Good man Gerrard.
Fair play to Young scoring with his first touch.
Gerrard.
Superb performance tonight from Reo-Coker, he’d be my man of the match. I’ve always been impressed with this fella, very under-rated.
Good engine.
Kib Man will be dancing in Liverpool tonight.
