Outstanding duty of care towards our players from Jurgen Klopp and our medical staff.
Other clubs have been highly irresponsible in their treatment of concussed players - for instance Manchester United have been fielding a whole team of them for the last six weeks - but we operate to a much higher standard.
This is a very, very strong statement in support of best medical practice - no European game is too big to put lives at risk - and the shining example Liverpool Football Club is setting here will undoubtedly save lives elsewhere.
We are setting new standards in football and in medical duty of care.
