I think someone said that wasn’t the case. The CL winner qualifies at the expense of fourth but the Europa winner is completely separate. I may be wrong.

I’m not. I googled it there. The only way fourth place gets bumped is if the CL winners & Europa League winners are both from the EPL and both outside the top 4.
