That defending for that Chamberlain goal was god awful. Henderson should have fouled him but pussied out.
Liverpool are shit defensively and have done nothing to rectify it. They have been like that for years. Ultimately it is going to cost us.
Relying on a high pressing game as a means of defence is ok but the centre halves need to do the nuts and bolts of it as well.
If anything the high pressing means you need better defenders than a normal system. Have Liverpool had a decent central defence since Hyppia & Henchoz?
