Liverpool FC 2016/17/ Mousey's stag in Tipp town

I very much doubt it. Think most said he was a far better prospect than John Stones a couple of years back. He is developing into a top class player

Huge miss there from Firminio.

Shane Long in nw.

He’s no Jozo.

Disappointing to drop those two points but it’s not a disaster.

League fixtures until the end of the year are as follows:

Liverpool v Sunderland Sat 26 Nov 15:00
Bournemouth v Liverpool Sun 4 Dec 13:30
Liverpool v West Ham United Sun 11 Dec 16:30
Middlesbrough v Liverpool Wed 14 Dec 19:45
Everton v Liverpool Mon 19 Dec 20:00
Liverpool v Stoke City Tue 27 Dec 17:15
Liverpool v Manchester City Sat 31 Dec 17:30

Should be taking a minimum of 15 points from those 21 which would leave us on at least 42 points at the half-way stage.

Anything more and we’ll be in a tremendous position going into 2017.

You know Xmas is approaching when @Sidney produces a fixture list & predicts its points return.

Oooft.

What’s your points return prediction from those fixtures, mate?

Liverool lost today’s fixture last season so a point is ok. Potential banana skin.

I presume your prediction of a minimum of 15 from 21 points factors in dropped points when a resurgent Moysie and his Sunderland visit Anfield next week. A repeat of last seasons home draw would be a decent enough outcome.

I’m already on record as saying that the winner of this season’s league title will come from next week’s clash at Anfield.

In the event of a draw, who are you predicting for ultimate honours?

Couldn’t call it in that case, but definitely one of the two teams.

I guess it would mean the suspense would continue, and that way we all win.

Sturridge, Lallana and Mane all out.

Mane does start. Woodburn on the bench.

Liverpool: Karius; Clyne, Matip, Lovren, Milner; Henderson, Wijnaldum, Can; Mane, Coutinho, Firmino

Substitutes: Mignolet, Klavan, Lucas, Moreno, Ejaria, Origi, Woodburn

Coutinho being stretchered off, Origi on.

We’ve lost Castro, we’ve lost Coutinho.

A bad day.

Hasta la victoria siempre.

Very insipid going forward. Origi doing ok since he came on. Mane, Wini and Can poor.

Injury crisis as predicted by someone somewhere.
