Liverpool FC 2021/22

Divy lad

Weā€™ll never see his likes again. Hopefully heā€™s fit to make the squad next week. Could there be one more chapterā€¦

I was actually very disappointed when he was loaned out in the 2017-18 season. I thought he was a decent sub to have around the place and by god did he prove it the following season. Great value at ā‚¬10 million.

4 titles in 5 years for City

Dominance

And then ye go stab him in the back

Liverpool inability to beat the big teams cost them the league. 6 league games against the other sides that finished in the top 4 places - (Citeh, Chelsea and Spurs) and Liverpool didnā€™t have the creativity or guile to go out and win even 1 of those 6 games.

The huffing and puffing and manic intensity will break down nearly all of the lesser sides nearly all of the time but you need a bit more in the big top of the table 6 pointers.

Weā€™ve set him free. Too good to be sitting on the bench. Heā€™ll do untold elsewhere.

6 points from 18 against the other top four teams for Liverpool.

Thatā€™s very poor given their fans are always on about their big game mentality.

Only 27 too - should be hitting his prime years now.

Yes and no. Have to beat the likes of Brighton at home when winnng. Killer is only drawing with City.

Keep Limerick out of this.

Thereā€™s only two big teams in the EPL. Liverpool and City.

The Spuds finished 21 points off the pace ffs sake.

Man united and Liverpool have both won one league title in the last decade.

Also the booing of the national anthem meant villa players wernt as motivated as they should have been

There was a time when United were big dogs. Now theyā€™re 35 points behind the league winners and 24 points off relegation

These things can turn around quickly though. Man U finished ahead of Liverpool in the table last season.

All the more remarkable what Klopp has done this season considering united making three big signings
