Can play left or right, and as seen at Old Trafford, can play the tip of a diamond… He has added strength thus year and defenders are afraid of their lives to het too close… But as you say, Brendan has instilled the confidence that he can go and do these things.
Hooper, for fuxake…
Hooper:D
He looks far more composed and his technical ability has improved hugely. Last year he was a busy winger who had a bit of a nuisance value but was poor on the ball and not all that much of a threat aside from his energy. He has really improved as a footballer and is the real deal presently
Hooper did well there. Denied by two great Allen interventions after creating a yard of space with in a crowded penalty box.
Did Hooper score?
Norwich are giving Sterling the run of the park here. He is getting into huge pockets of space ‘between the lines’
Almost
You can see Norwich have Redmond and Hooper going left and right respectively onto the splitting centre backs and Snodgrass pressing hard on Gerrard when he drops deep between Skrtel and Sakho to try to stop Liverpool playing out from the back. But when Liverpool break through that initial press there’s loads of space for Allen, Coutinho and Sterling. @Flano has been a good outlet on the left too.
Shocker of a tackle by Snodgrass on Allen and Luis is dead right to be complaining at it only being yellow.
He seemed to be complaining that no advantage was played based on his hand gestures. Sterling was off down the line with the ball.
Snodgtass will be lucky to finish this game
Liverpool have been shite since they went two up
Usain Bolt slows down after 100m
Unless it’s 200m of course.
Like Clare’s All Ireland last year this will be a “soft” league title win for Liverpool.
Chelsea, city and united all in first seasons with new managers , the latter in serious rebuilding, Chelsea focused on the European Cup as shown by not trying yesterday and playing a 41 year old in goals, City just inconsistent throughout due to players like Negredo and Fernandinho finding their feet.
Realistically Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton were the only challengers , that will tell you all you need to know about this year’s EPL
He still slows down. Max speed is reached about 60m

11 wins in a row
Relentless
One more early in the second to kill it off. We are dodgy as fuck at the back
