Robertson is a cracking player. I remember him destroying that imposter McGeady in Celtic Park when the jockos defeated us 1-0 in the Euro 2016 qualifying campaign. He’s brilliant on the overlap and will excel in a dominant team with better players around him.

He will be devastating pal. My concern is that with all that pace teams will have to sit back against Liverpool and last season Liverpool struggled to break through packed defences.

How is Sturridge’s pre season going? An extended run could be the difference between Liverpool putting in a proper challenge this year or not, they’ve improved slightly on last year but really need a centre back now.
Apparently training well,looking strong going by quotes from klopp,but you know what you get with sturridge…on his day he’s unmarkable,he has to believe in himself,it’ll be interesting how he fits in with this very attacking team throughout season.
