Back when I was doing weights steady 3 times a week for many months, I thought I’d plateaued out. Added in creating and got +25% on my max squat weight within 2 weeks. Didn’t see as much gain on my top half and my whole body bloated horribly, although at the time I was stupid enough to think that looked good.
