He may or may not make it at Liverpool but if he can garner a career at a premier league club that is huge success and better than 99.999999 % of the population will ever do .
I wish him well . Even if he is No 2 at Liverpool for a few seasons that is a remarkable achievement .

Brad Friedel was 29 before nailing down a career as a starter with Blackburn and was a fine keeper for 7/8 years thereafter.
