Liverpool Football Club - 2020/2021

Pros

Young enough to improve
Pace

Cons

Output isn’t great
Would go to the AFCON at the same time as the players he is cover for

Yep. I’d say they’ll sell Brewster and buy Sarr for pretty much the same price knowing the way Mick Edwards does a bit of negotiating. Big Divock could be off too

Same number of league goals in 10 less appearances than Richarlison in his season at Watford so hopefully he could develop at a similar rate. Mane seems to rate him (although maybe that’s Parochial bias)

@mikehunt, Lord have mercy on him, would not have been happy with that goal return

Tell us never.

@mikehunt would have replaced Firmino with Werner. Although we’d have probably had to sell Bobby to retain our Net Spend title.

Is he not another Darren Anderton?

No. He’s won things.

27 mill is a lot of money for a guy who’s very inj prone

So did Raimond van der Gouw

Not for one of the best midfielders in the world. Worth the risk

27m is fuck all these days. He’s proven at the top level as well.
You’d be paying that and more for any half decent promising young lad who’s as likely to turn out stone useless

Jesus us that a bit of an overstatement. He’s decent when not injured but one of the best in the world!

Easily. Who’s better?

@Faldo seems awful exercised* about Liverpool buying a squad player who has just won the Champions League with a world class performance.

*almost rattled

in fairness the above are alien concepts to a neverton supporter

Hardly, grown men losing the run of themselves over a footballer who’s very inj prone and is all of a sudden the beat midfielder in the world since he joined Liverpool :see_no_evil:

I’m not a Liverpool fan. What midfielders are better?
