There’s a video doing the rounds where Djibril Cisse says he’d have broken his leg again if it meant Liverpool came back to win the 2005 Champions League final. Gerrard have them riled up at half-time.

Tomorrow night feels season defining. A draw wouldn’t be the worst result as you’d hope there’d be a few extra bodies back for the next leg, although knowing this season, Liverpool will probably pick up some fresh injuries between now and then.

Liverpool have been here before. Shitty domestic form going out the window for a big European night.

What I wouldn’t give to be at the bar in Rathoath singing YNWA with my pals @tazdedub and @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy, with TSG pining for @mickee321 and @padjo to show up (but they never do).

Ox was actually in great form in the 3 or 4 months before he fucked his knee against Roma in the CL semi final. He hasn’t got back to the same level since. Keita actually looks a very handy player on the rare occasions he can string a few games together. Unfortunately he’s got all the durability of a prawn cracker.

2nd in the Bundesliga. Apparently that Angelino lad who played for City is their top goal scorer this season so they must be struggling for goals a bit without Werner. Knocked OGS high-flying Man Utd team out of the Champions League before Christmas which would suggest that they are dangerous.
