Fabinho should remain in midfield. Throw Kabak next to Nat and have them defend the 18 yard box. Keep the fullbacks deep for cover. Channel play through a midfield of Fab, Naby, Thiago, Jones. Jota and Salah upfront and also creating width with Jones and Naby breaking from midfield.
