Some decent players have gone from Celtic to Liverpool in the past. Gillespie and of course Kenny the two who spring to mind.
And then, of course, you have players who have represented both clubs, such as Van Dijk, Keane, Bellamy, Henchoz and Robertson (although only at youths level).
Gillespie went from Liverpool to Celtic during the dark years & was a flop for Celtic, this was a surprising as he was great for Liverpool, he must have been injured/finished when he joined
Mcgarvey was a star at Celtic & he flopped at Liverpool

I don’t think @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy was claiming a Celtic player was on that kind of wage. Think he meant the Doak kid didn’t sign the professional contract offered by Celtic because those loyalist murderers offered him £80k per week plus bonuses.
