Very underrated player. He would have won ballon Dāor in 91 had they beaten Red Star imo
You can understand why a lot of young Irish lads started supporting Spurs in the 80s. Theyād really classy footballers like Waddle, Hoddle, Ardilles, etc.
I reckon Hoddle is a player who would do untold if he was in the modern era.

Yes Salah had great ā statsā last year but a dog with a mallet up his hole could see every other aspect of his play was done. His general passing, dribbling and movement was done last year. He gives the ball away so many times and offers the right back nothing. A great man to pop up in the box alright but now even that is drying upā¦ i was calling for Liverpool Football club (@StoneCold @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy ) to move on from him last year. The team are effectively playing with 10 men with him now.
Thereās no sympathy in this game for anybody.

Iām not arguing with thatā¦ 10 were penos i think thoā¦ but his decline was there to see. Pace gone, work rate gone, passing is brutal . For him to have any value he needs to be scoring nearly every game because everything else is so poor.
He is still an important squad player but not a starter and giving him 400k was very bad business.

He pretty much single handedly won Liverpool the league last season.
I donāt doubt heāll start scoring this season as well.
To single out him as the main problem is a load of shite.
The over reliance on him needs to be phased out.

Heās not the only problem. But he is a problem.
Slot was largely figured out last January and thankfully it was just Arsenal while City were having a down year. But the performances were on the wane from crimbo on. They just about had enough quality to fend off most teams stillā¦ two major parts of that was pace in Diaz and to a lesser degree Nunez and Trents ability to play pin point passes from defence. This pinned teams back or helped create a bit of chaos that Salah probably capitalised from most.
The current team has no pace. Is very slow in possession and has a number of players out of form and bedding in.
The full backs are not up to it and midfield has been an issue for 4 years.
But Salah is the top earner and is barely moving. Last year was last year. Iām only interested in this year.
