They wanted Kenny. Were willing for him to even take it on an interim, try to keep them up, and then he could go look for something better. His son played for them the other night so maybe he doesnāt want to be involved while heās with them.
Was in Tolka last night, got in early and sat within a good view of the Duffer for the game. Heās a complete lunatic. Box Office stuff. Was booked within the first 20 minutes. Heās walking around with half a limp, looks like an old man but to be fair you can see the players really listen to him. He has them eating out of his hands.

Only seemed to start getting the ball into the box in the last minute of injury time. Shels had the better of the chances. Decent game tho, pitch is awful.

Just heard this on the radio today. Dunphy and Giles couldnāt stand him if I remember correctly. Surely thereās some up and coming hipster Dub that would have been more befitting of the job. The Stephen Kenny return didnāt materialise.
