I may even attend a game this Friday.
You’re a better man than me. Gonna have to miss this Friday but will be heading up to Dalymount on the final day regardless of whether there’s anything on the line.
Anything less than a win in Richmond and I’d say the European dream is over for this season. They’ll get some better signings for 2025 though.
7m training centre too hopefully
I’ve heard it’s allegedly past the planning objection stage because it was greatly reduced in overall size but there’s still a huge (and fully deserved) anti-Comer sentiment in Galway county over them sitting on property. I could see there being another hurdle or two but it’s badly needed. Even as of this summer they were alternating renting pitches from Salthill Devon/Mervue.
I thinj they applied for a huge grant in conjunction with a hockey club and the announcement is due next week
Nice to see the Galway hockey protestants putting differences aside for the greater good.
The slow bicycle race that is the Premier Division title chase edges slowly forward tonight. Just had a look at the scoring stats for the top three, they are really doing all they can to let Pats back into it
Dan McDonnell highlighting the box officeness of the league
“Consider this scenario: If there’s an early goal for either St Patrick’s Athletic or Galway at Richmond Park, and Shelbourne concede the first goal at home to Waterford, we’ll have an ‘as it stands’ table with one team (Shels) on 54 and three teams a point behind on 53.“
It’s like the English first division of old.
Mcnulty starting seems odd
I be taking a transporter backnto the 70s tonight and will be at weavers park
Do we have a league table only counting the period since Spock joined handy?
Or since they signed the player on the highest wages in fhe league
No Mason “Maso” Melia in Pats squad.
Potentially tricky one for the Tallaght franchise in Drogheda.
Surely Shels will beat Waterford
I think Pats will just run out of road. Rovers will win it out I feel. Although you’d expect Derry to win tonight.
@Ralphie you must be the biggest Pats man on the forum. I had you down from Wexford originally? Am I wrong there?
Rovers have 3 games against Diddy teams. Can’t blow it from here.
Are they still fixing matches in the LOI?
Originally from Wexford, living in Inchicore a long time now
Best of both worlds some might say….
Fucking Francely starting
