Reports that Woodward doesnāt want rid of him before the end of the season which would marry up with the alleged talks with Pep in Paris as heās tied up until the end of the season.
Is it not accepted among the great football thinkers of our time and those with the inside story on this that Pep isnāt going next nor near United? Or am I wrong on that one? Iām genuinely asking. Do United apparently think they still have a shot with him?

Iām only going on the reports from LāEquipe last week that Utd held talks with Pep in Paris.
If that wasnāt the case Iād canāt see any reason for not accepting LVGās resignation and doing some sort of severance deal and getting Jose in now so he can get some work done with the squad between now and the end of season.
Would Jose being an utter cunt be such a reason?
Possibly so and that would point to the possibility that, if Pep is indeed bound for City, that United have someone in mind that is already with a club and unavailable until the end of the season.

I was lead to believe the only reason it wasnāt announced about him to City yet is because of the possibility of City & Bayern meeting in the latter stages of the UCL. Once thats out of the way, the deal will be announced.
