Avoca in the Castle mate
Thanks pal. There was some talk about going to the castle.
The castle is lovely tbf. Malahide is a great auld spot
Avoca at the castle is grand,
Donnybrook fair is a nice spot with the kid
You’ll blow your food budget for the week eating in that overpriced kip @caulifloweredneanderthal
Lots of restaurants on New St mate if the weather is good
some great ice cream shops too
There are some decent food trucks in the marina
Scotch bonnet would be kid friendly too
newbridge farm is great for your kid if you have time. (its in donabate)
the fairy trail is good as is the gardens where the butterfly house but the butterfly house gives me the creeps.
You can hire a pedal car in the castle and do a lap of the castle
if you are interested in sport you can do a tour of Irish sporting legends houses (Conor Sammon, Ollie Campbell, Philip Walton)
all those things you are planning are in the castle mate
Not a sport mate
Phenomenal itinerary @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy
I’m going to pass all of this off as my own research to Mrs @caulifloweredneanderthal
The owners of Avoca are profiting from direct provision
Their candle selection is a delight though.
Thanks for that reminder mate Will avoid.
It’s a beautiful day for it mate. If you fancy a stroll the walk out of the town to Portmarnock is beautiful. There’s a little playground and cafe about 1.5 km out to stop and let the little one play.
The rate we are going it’ll be an hour before we get on the road. Ffs sake. Waiting on women
i feel your pain bud. my missus will find the most obscure things to do before leaving the house like painting skirting boards etc
Go on….
Maybe she is going for a big hard shit before leaving the house, hence the wait? Sitting on the jacks and waiting for it to brew…
