I realize I’m coming across as a sore loser here. I’m probably the straightest shooter here as regards calling it. But that stank, almost as much as the jocks I had to hide in the cistern

Even if it had, say, in the hypothetical event that a Liverpool player had deliberately handled the ball in the penalty area within a few seconds, it still wouldn’t have been a penalty - Liverpool would have got the free kick for the handball by Silva
A moot point anyway though because no Liverpool player handled the ball
It was excellent refereeing and football fans were rewarded at the end of it all with a great Liverpool goal
