Not that i’m agreeing with the team he picked - but does form stand still ? can players improve/slide ?
I don’t rate Henderson or Lallana massively, but their stats and form in the premier league this year have been as good as anyone’s in the league, if not the best for their positions. Now, feel free to dig up the stats to disprove that but judging a player by not being picked for England 8 months ago is just stupid.

Plenty. Pogba has been average at best. He’s performed against the dross but has been found wanting in plenty of games so far. I think you won’t see the best of him until next year possibly.
And by your logic - Pogba was also very average in the Euros and was dropped for the CH game I think, but was only brought on as his replacement was even worse - He was played out of position a lot tho tbf. Personally I don’t think he is a CM but an attacker and should be played a lot further up the pitch than he is.
Pogba has been brilliant the last two months. The squirming you’d do would be funny if he destroys you on Sunday.

He certainly hasn’t had a better season from August to January than Henderson or Lallana. I’d have him in ahead of Carrick in a midfield 3, though.
I’m guessing that Souness’s team is based on form this season but I didn’t see the article.
Man Utd have played no one over the last 6-7 weeks and Pogba has indeed been good - I also said you possibly won’t see the best of him until next season. I’d imagine my life won’t change in the slightest should he score 10 goals on Sunday, mate.
