Manchester United 2022/23 - The Reign of ETH

Iā€™d expect Man U to win this afternoon. Itā€™s quite a similar scenario actually to 1977. The dastardly scousers were going for the same treble then that Citeh are now, with the main focus for the scousers in 1977 on winning the European Cup for the first time.

The League was in the bag and an FA Cup Final against Man U had to be negotiated just 4 days before the European Cup Final in Rome. 33 years on from conquering Rome for the first and liberating it from Mussoliniā€™s fascists, Bob Paisley conquered Rome again. A somewhat distracted Liverpool were tripped up on Leg 2 of the treble though, in the FA Cup Final.

Citeh have a 7 day break to the CL Final so will be able to go full throttle today.

I remember that game. Jimmy Greenhof, Stuart Pearson and Jimmy Case the scorers?

3 goals in 4 minutes.

Correct. Remember it well too. 1976/77 was the first season, I really followed the soccer properly.

Sancho got a lot of work to doā€¦

I lolā€™d at that team.

Fred and Casimiro will both need to have the games of their lives. Bruno needs to help them, reign in his penchant for speculative bullshit to let them get their breather.

It will be won and lost out wide. City have conceded the wide areas to united i think.

If utd are still in it with twenty minutes to go i fully expect that mad wee bleached south American psychopath fella to cone on and wreak havoc. Big if though

I wonder will Bruno go false 9, Rashford left, Sancho right.

Almost certainly

Alex Ferguson is some man.

Hon United.

Red rover

Lindelof with the assist. Ffs.

A useless cunt. How man times do we have to see it? He shouldve stuck Shaw in centre back and had Dalot or the Dutch kid left back
