It must be the absolute pits to be a united fan these days. There really doesn’t seem to be any upturn. I always thought that it would turn quickly, they’re simply too big to stay down. Like, you knew Liverpool could turn it around eventually. But this seems to be beyond that. New owners could really reinvigorate a place, and the bad ones stink it out. I guess Liverpool did get the bad owners for a while too, but Ratcliffe looks like he could absolutely destroy the place for a long long time.
