They are adapting my football manager strategy.
The Norwegians have just started producing all these promising young players the last decade there must be 8-10 really good young players under 26 coming out of there now.
This lad is meant to be the best of the lot.
Young athletes and young soccer players 
All it is at moment is potential
They haven’t reaped much benefit from it yet though. Shades of a Belgium lite.
They’ll hardly match the previous golden generation of Alfie, Steffen, Lars, Henning, Thorsvedt, Oyvind, Tor Andre, et al.
A pity that Riise and Carew came through a little bit too late for that team.
