United’s record with Argentinian players is poor. So many of them have been shifty and untrustworthy, like Tevez, Di Maria, Heinze and now this Garnacho fellow.
You’d have to question their scouting department’s lack of research.
Veron wasn’t great either.
Tevez was outstanding for United
He was very good in 2007-08. I did think it was harsh that yer man threw him in with the rest of the Argies there.
He was a fucking great player and you’re all fucking idiots.

He was a great player in Serie A. Don’t think he hit the heights at Man Utd though. That’s why they sold him on to Chelsea within 2 years.
For about half the price too.

Heinze was outstanding the year they won the league in 03, Arsenal were big favourites
Heinze didn’t sign for Man Utd until about 2004 I think. That was possibly 2006/07 when they pipped Chelsea to the title?
I remember him playing very well in a win at Highbury- almost sure it was that year
Might have been the Roy Keane and Patrick Vieira tunnel fight game in 05’ but Chelsea won that league.
United’s player of the season in his 1st year, missed most of the next season through injury, Evra was signed and he couldn’t displace him.

They may have been decent players at times, but their character was questionable.
Veron didn’t perform, but he couldn’t be categorised as a shifty Argie like the others.

My contact is Saudi messaged me there earlier to say Al Nassr are optimistic about signing Greenwood from Marseille.
United have a 50% sell on clause on any deal so they could be in line for a few pound if it materialises.
This won’t happen after Marseille were looking for €80m.
Al Nassr going for Coman
He was. Pity United couldn’t use him
