It’s a testament to how good fergie was how much liverpool fans still hate him. Nearly 80 years of age and still the go to hate figure for the ratoath inn.

Nonsense. The Ratoath Inn LFC Supporters Club have extended an invitation to Mr Ferguson to come to one of our big football panels. @tazdedub would be moderating a panel of Aldo, Didi Hamann and Ferguson. The offer is there of a small cash remuneration along with all the whiskey and cocktail sausages he wants.

FYP

A collection is already underway in the ratoath Inn to get the funds together to invite Sir Alex Ferguson over for a chat.

Sure everyone is so hammered at the moment that there is a fair amount of cash gone into the hat

We’re giving him a small carriage clocked size sterling silver replica bird cage with a perch as a momento.

That is an awful humiliation by any standards

We have great respect for Fergie. I’d rank him as one of the greatest managers of all time if not the best. In time he may be usurped by Olé.

Ah Ferguson going to the Ratoath Inn is not that much of an humiliation. We have a collection going for him and a lovely bird cage with a perch on it.:grinning:

Red Nevs blood pressure is starting to build nicely here

Fernandes hauled off after another no-show in a big six fixture.

Alex Ferguson was no stranger to a 5-0 humiliation in October.

Newcastle and Chelsea both inflicted such on his United team.

Southampton put six past them in the very next game after the 5-0 defeat against Newcastle.

There was never a question about the manager continuing or not.

Should be the same now.

Take small bites lads. Very small bites

The conceding 6 at the Dell to Southampton next match after losing 5-0 to Newcastle is a more encouraging precedent for us Spurs fans fully expecting a backlash on Saturday.

You’ll be well aware that Spurs went to Old Trafford early last season and won 6-1. That proved to be a very misleading result, with United rebounding to a strong second place finish in the league. So the Red Devils will have a double backlash firmly on their mind going to the new White Hart Lane on Saturday.

3rd goal was the key goal acc to Ole.
