Manchester United FC 2013/14

Just wasnt up to it. Moyes had to go. You cant lose to City and Liverpool at home in the manner his team did and expect time.

If they were being thorough they would sack anyone who had any influence on the appointment.

Or ban them from attending games.

Unless Kay Burley is at the gates I refuse to believe this.

Shan, have PP any plans to mark this auspicious day? Hard to see them letting it pass given their recent stunts.

They will take credit for it for sure. Maybe will give Moysey a free bet on his successor.

Giggs is the interim Manager with Nicky Butt as his right hand man. Gary Neville has been chipping away for a few months now and Scholes fired the hand grenade a few short weeks ago. Time to bring back Becks and let them take over en masse.

Oh right, that’s the majority of fans is it? Scousers certainly never called for his head…

I wonder will Moyes get to appoint the new manager?

Safe to say he’s nailed on for the Villa job now anyway.

So he’s gone!! Who is in charge of dads army now?

Same as always, the local bank manager

Honesty, integrity and hard work - not exactly falling over themsleves to praise Moyes for anything relevant.

He did win the Community Shield.

Shur what else could they say without blatantly lying?

The nightmare is over. Total and utter disaster almost from day one, the modern day Wilf McGuinness. A nice man but just not up to it. The terrible press interviews (“we aspire to be like city”, “we’ll make it difficult for Newcastle”, “we played well v Everton”), the way he didn’t know what way he wanted United to play, the negative & defeatist attitude, constantly selecting players who constantly let him down, forking almost £30m on a clown in a wig, bending over to facilitate Rooney who was half way out the club last May - he just got it wrong nearly all the time. There were very few positives - the wrong appointment is the wrong appointment whether he gets 11 months or 11 years.

Should chuck in Fellaini as part of his severance package. Good luck to him in his next job at West Ham or Newcastle, essentially a decent man but just didn’t have the gravitas or mentality to manage a club of United’s stature.

The club needs a lift, get a proven winner in there to sort this mess out.

Grand dad Giggs takes over. United has treated moyes like shite here, telling the press a day before telling him is shocking treatment of the guy regardless of whether he was up to the job or not.

‘The nightmare is over’

Au contraire mon ami. It is merely begining.

More like he couldnt manage the expectations of bandwaggoning cunts who think they have a divine right to win.

Noyes was the first to pay but his successor will also continue to pay the price if whiskeynoses haranguing and bullying of refs which was probably worth 15 points to ye over the course of a season
