I was watching premier league goals earlier. I’d say that was a great united team to watch with Hughes, Robbo and Keane along with a young Ryan giggs.

Never really went to the level he could have imo. Watched a bit of him at England v euro 2004 he could have been messi/Ronaldo class.

He could have Imo. He was as good as them at 18 probably. Injuries and social life didn’t help. He didn’t have the same drive.

Maybe as good as them at 18 but he didn’t have the quick feet and balance of Messi or the physical attributes of Cristy which is what set them apart in the years after
