Up to and including 1976 the European Championship followed the format of the European Cup for clubs, ie. it was a two leg knockout system.

The only difference was the final four gathered in one country to play one leg semis and the final.

Some of those lads don’t look well…serious drinking club- even mcgrath looks a bit pale

Maguire wants Utd to pay him £7m to leave the club apparently.

Cunt is happier to pick up his pay cheque than be a starter at another club.

Ah lovely

He’s entitled to what he’s due. Shameful for united to not only ruin his career but now to try not pay the man what he’s due

Utd had a 30mill offer for Henderson at the start of the window and made a fuck of it. That they have done the same now with Captain Harry surprises no one

If your employer was oblidged to pay you £7m for turning up and doing nothing you’d seriously not take it? I know @mikehunt wouldnt bat an eyelid.

Club react to the The Athletic reporting that the decision for him to return has already been taken. Hopefully this forces Arnold into realising that the horrible cunt should be fucked away as far as possible.

Following the dropping of all charges against Mason Greenwood in February 2023, Manchester United has conducted a thorough investigation into the allegations made against him.

This has drawn on extensive evidence and context not in the public domain, and we have heard from numerous people with direct involvement or knowledge of the case.

Throughout this process, the welfare and perspective of the alleged victim has been central to the club’s inquiries, and we respect her right to lifelong anonymity.

We also have responsibilities to Mason as an employee, as a young person who has been with the club since the age of seven, and as a new father with a partner.

The fact-finding phase of our investigation is now complete, and we are in the final stages of making a decision on Mason’s future.

Contrary to media speculation, that decision has not yet been made and is currently the subject of intensive internal deliberation. Responsibility ultimately rests with the Chief Executive Officer.

Once made, the decision will be communicated and explained to the club’s internal and external stakeholders.

This has been a difficult case for everyone associated with Manchester United, and we understand the strong opinions it has provoked based on the partial evidence in the public domain. We ask for patience as we work through the final stages of this carefully considered process.

Antony is so bad they are willing to accept the PR flak to get a competent guy on the pitch.

It must be bad when even the Saudi’s won’t throw you a bone

I especially liked how he highlighted Liverpool - Suarez & Chelsea - Terry but forgot completely about Giggs.

Suarez was a thorough cunt…his teammates wore shirts on live TV supporting him…a collection of cunts really…

It looks like greenwood is back and that means I’m out.

I’ve sisters and girl friends I really care about.

It simply isn’t right.

Humanity seems to have lost its moral compass.

Of course & Giggs as bad……

Okay, :+1:

No bother with the likes of Giggs, but Mason, that’s where he draws the line :joy:
