Some feedback from precocious youngster Emmett following his debut last Thursday night:
- He’d never seen so many fights or potential fights in a game of football;
- He was impressed by our tactical shape and discipline;
- He learned a lot from playing with experienced pros and our serious attitude showed him what he needs to do to feature regularly.
We’ll keep tabs on him in the reserves for a little while, I think. But I’d be confident to pitch him in again in the near future.
