There just seems to be an insane amount of people going into the Shannon in Limerick lately
I’ve been home quite a bit lately and the chopper seems to be hovering over the Abbey/Shannon rivers most nights

I think they’re still looking for one that went in a month ago, but Limerick seems to have way more than other Irish cities

It’s crazy what’s been going on over the last few years…and the fact that mental health is completely ignored in this country is absolutely disgraceful.

I went in to visit a friend of mine in 5B a few years back, the conditions in there were 3rd world like. 13, 14 year old kids were also in there with adults filled up with drugs, He left the place and was dead a week later, very sad, the stories from this week in the papers don’t surprise me in the least.

Someone I know got hit with a severe bout of the depression and when he went seeking treatment the one thing he was warned was stay away from 5B if at all possible. That its supposed to be a nightmare inside there. No real treatment of the cause, you are just pumped full of drugs and could be in a near vegetative state inside there for months.

Ennis hospital is just as bad. Pump em full of drugs and then get all condescending with the family raises any concern

The Regional is a war zone full stop. How it can continually be so bad when billions are pumped into it is beyond me. The staff in there must wonder why they bother with all they have to put up with from people on high making decisions/not making decisions.
