Also a German TV crew bizarely who were interviewing this one basically asking here was she disapointed

Ya, it’s sort of a half roof, I don’t think it’ll be 100% enclosed but will be protected from the elements. Should be a great addition to that area of the city. That combined with the Opera Center would boost the city center no end.
