How was it? Is that the small one or is that the €14 one?

Honest review, it was delicious, top class lobster roll but quite small, not worth 14e at all at all.
The poutine is available with a variety of extra toppings like pulled pork and chicken and chorizo, we all shared a plain with cheese and gravy, it’s very tasty, the cheese was good and the gravy had lots of flavour, we shared a wood fired pizza which was very good. Nice atmosphere in there and an ok crowd, talking with the guy from treaty city ale he said that lunchtime was fierce busy in there.

Chips and Gravy out of the back of a van. I just can’t stop laughing at that :joy:

It’s more the side of a van really mate but don’t let that stop you, laughing is great.

What time were you in there at as we may have crossed paths? I was there from 8-9.30pm.

I started off queuing about 20mins or so for a burger done on the barbeque from the first van you hit coming in. I think they were called hells BBQ? It was bang average and I was sorry I didn’t order the pulled pork wrap which I saw someone else getting off them.

I walked the whole place, there wasn’t a lot there and some vans (presumably the best ones) had huge queues. I saw the lobster roll that some chap had in his hand and it was too small for my liking. I got the lobster soup instead which was crap.

The best thing I got was undoubtedly the classic poutine. Chips, cheese and gravy. They turned some profit there as there was always a long queue but it was continuously moving. The sweat was hopping off your man frying the chips.

So it was a disaster, imagine that :joy:

Big time. I’d say some fella from Rathkeale will rock up tomorrow in a Toyota Dyna selling chips smothered in Bisto and Lidl cheese, and he’ll make a killing. Mugged off good and proper
